Treasures 2014 - Goes Gatsby
View event invitation, RSVP card & full event details.
When F. Scott Fitzgerald originally wrote The Great Gatsby, he described the book and context (set on prosperous Long Island in the summer of 1922) as "something new—something extraordinary and beautiful and simple and intricately patterned."
Embracing that extraordinary, beautiful & new ideal, our community-based team of event planners is Returning to the Great Gatsby era with the Roaring 20s version of TREASURES on Saturday, May 31, 2014, under the grand ballroom-style tent at the Miles City Town & Country Club.
Guests can look forward to a 5-course gourmet dinner presented by one of Montana’s elite catering companies, Beyond Basil. Themed cocktails and everyone’s favorite beverages will be served from the Speakeasy Tavern. Our guests will also enjoy a lively charity auction plus the chance to win a Great Gatsby Grand Prize Getaway Vacation Package for 2. Fellows, you have a chance at winning a fishing & golf trip for 4… dames, it’s all about diamonds in our grand diamond giveaway… and someone especially lucky will have an extra $1000 in cold hard cash to spend in the auction. As the evening progresses, choose between an outdoor game of croquet with friends, relax in the posh 20s Plaza Lounge, or dance the night away to the live musical entertainment featuring the 9-piece BlueJack Band with a Roaring 20s horn section.
All proceeds from this community event go to work right here in our community. This year, Senior Living & Health Services is our project focus area and a perfect tie-in to our spirited Great Gatsby vintage theme.

Your Guide to Wills & Trusts
On average, a person works more than forty years to accumulate assets and spends ten years conserving what has been earned but does not spend even two hours to plan for distribution of those assets. The chaos that often occurs following the death of a loved one can be burdensome. This burden can be eased, however, through proper planning.
As a service to you, our Foundation has provided Your Guide to Wills & Truststo help you organize your important information to share your planning quickly, easily and comprehensively with your legal and tax advisors. A key element of proper planning is a Will, and in some cases also a Trust. This workbook is designed to encourage you to think about how you want your assets to be distributed at death and assist you in gathering the information your attorney will need to prepare the documents that accomplish your goals.
