Day of Dance for Health was held February 17th, 2008. The event was sponsored by Holy Rosary Healthcare, Spirit of Women, and Studio M Dance Company. Over 400 people were in attendance to witness the exciting regional dance competition.
The afternoon featured dancers from across the region all competing for the top prize. They were given a month’s time to prepare and rehearse, and they showed up with absolutely amazing performances! Thanks to all of our dancers: Clay Petermann and Judy Tibbetts, John Jackson and Kathryn Larsen, Jordan Eskew and Casey Kalloch, Karl Drga and Jillian Gentry, and Tim McGlothlin and Clara Jo. Congratulations to Jordan Eskew and Casey Kalloch, this year’s Day of Dance Regional Dance Competition winners! Again this year, it was a tight competition and all the dancers were a perfect 10 in our book!
Thank you to everyone that was involved to make Day of Dance a screaming success! From the speakers, to the health screenings to the ask-the-doc table we had a fabulous time once again!
