This will be an event to help raise money for breast cancer research and testing. A 24-hour crop/card making night. The crop will be divided into 4-6 hour sessions. Each session will cost $10.00 per person. This $10.00 will be donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Additionally, cancer-related items will be available for sale. All profits will be donated to the Custer County Public Health (CCPH) department. Also 10% of all other sales that weekend and in October will be donated to the CCPH. This money will be used to help fund cervical and breast cancer testing for women who need it. We will be having giveaways, and mini classes (at no additional charge) throughout the 24 hours. So please plan on attending one, two or even all of these sessions. Save your spot and take the class you want to learn by signing up now. Please pay for your session(s) when you register. I will be sending out more information.
Session 1
5:00pm - 11:00 pm
Basic Skills - Learn knife skills (how to use a straight knife and a swivel knife), masking, powder embossing and eyelet setting.
Session 2
11:00pm - 5:00am
Making mosaics - learn to make a mosaic frame or background to be used on a scrapbook page or a card. Class supplies: scissors, adhesive.
Session 3
5:00am - 11:00am
Iris folds - learn a fun new way to embellish your scrapbook page or cards. class supplies: scissors, adhesives, paper cutter (optional)
Session 4
11:00am - 5:00pm
Match Boook Album - this is a cute mini album that you can send as a card or carry in your purse. It makes a great gift. |
