This free service is available for any inpatient currently at Holy Rosary. We regret that we are unable to deliver cards to patients in our ER or those receiving outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing.

Please complete the form below and follow the instructions to send your message. Our volunteers will deliver your card to your family member or friend. Please do not include any private information in your message, as our volunteers may need to read the card to confirm the recipient's identity.
