HRH Foundation Announces Development Coordinator

Raylynn Sleight has recently joined Holy Rosary Healthcare as the Development Coordinator for the Foundation. She is responsible for the programmatic aspects of Foundation operations including annual giving, grateful patient, associate giving, grants management, events, and donor relations. Additionally, she’ll be overseeing the Holy Rosary Healthcare volunteer program and Blossoms gift shop.
During a 12-year career in the banking industry in Utah, Idaho, and Billings, Montana, she specialized in business banking and lending and customer relationships. Raylynn has extensive background in nonprofit leadership as a board member, volunteer and fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House, American Cancer Society, United Way, Weber/Morgan Children’s Justice Center, The Christmas Box House International and the Rexburg Family Crisis Center.
Raylynn holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Business from Southern Virginia University and an Associate of Applied Sciences in Small Business Management from Miles Community College. Raised in Miles City, Montana, she is grateful to be back in the community serving in a role that she greatly benefited from as a youth and young adult. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her three nephews and niece, enjoying fine and performing arts, personally serving on nonprofit boards, catching a great college football game or getting lost in the mountains around a campfire with friends and family.
