Team of Experts

Holy Rosary offers a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, physical therapists, registered dietitians and mental health professionals to provide specialized care, tailored to each patient. As part of our team approach, Holy Rosary will notify a patient's primary healthcare provider of any treatment administered.

Outpatient Services

Whether one has been diagnosed with diabetes, or is at risk of developing the disease, our specialists will work to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include education, diet management and insulin instruction, as well as regular health maintenance.

Inpatient Care

Newly-diagnosed patients, along with those struggling to manage their diabetes, may be admitted for necessary hands-on instruction. Holy Rosary educates patients in insulin administration, at-home blood sugar testing, and proper nutrition and meal planning. Patients may also learn about foot care, the benefits and precautions of regular exercise, as well as the importance of stress management and the prevention of diabetes-related issues.
