For some patients, Holy Rosary Extended Care offers a short-term transitional stay after illness, injury or surgery. Yet, for others, the facility is home. Whatever the need, Extended Care offers 24-hour skilled nursing for short-term, post-acute hospital stays to long-term living.
Specialized Services
In addition to 24-hour medical care, residents are provided the opportunity to participate in group or individual activities for recreation and personal fulfillment. Other specialized services include:

- Shopping and transportation services with the Care-A-Van

Personal Touches
Our facility is among southeastern Montana's finest. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furnishings (space permitting) such as a rocker, radio, television or other treasured belongings to make their stay with us as close to home as possible.
Spiritual Care
The spiritual needs of our residents are addressed in many ways. Pastoral visits from all faiths are encouraged, plus our on-site chapel, pastoral care staff and devotional services provide opportunities for worship.
Financial Arrangements
Holy Rosary Extended Care is licensed for 84 beds, all of which are certified for either Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement. Experienced staff is available to discuss available financial arrangements.
